Ahmedabad University encourages high quality research and has a doctoral degree program.  Institute of ICT will also impart doctoral degree in the area of ICT. There are also fellowships awarded to the Ph.D Fellows which are according to the standard university norms. Additionally the Institute of ICT is in the process of building network and partnerships with some of the leading institutes in the world. This will allow the students to work with fellow researchers and faculty from across the globe.
